PPP/PFI Challenge Crew List Download
All teams will need to submit a Crew List for the regatta. If your team is rotating crew members (i.e. having some different guests onboard each day), then a separate crew list for each day will need to be submitted.
It may assist you if you download the PPP/PFI Challenge Crew List document and complete it in advance.
PPP/PFI Challenge Health Declaration Download
All teams will need to submit a Health Declaration form for each crew member for the regatta.
